HOW TO REACH US
Villa Elvira is located just 5 km from the FI-PI-LI highway, 10 km from the Pontedera - Casciana Terme train station, and is easily reachable from the port of Livorno as well as the airports of Pisa and Florence.
The nearest village is 1km from the house and offers a small supermarket, a bar, an ice cream shop etc.
Within a 10km radius there are other towns with larger supermarkets and many other shops and services.

Different hours must be arranged in advance.
Pets : the presence of pets must be agreed in advance; respect of basic hygienic rules and good behavior are expected.
After midnight it is forbidden to make noises or play loud music.
It is forbidden to light fires in the garden, except for the use of the barbecue, in compliance with safety regulations.
The use of the swimming pool is subject to compliance with the regulations, which will be provided on site.
Maximum care is required for the building and its furnishings; the house must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
